Remote, Rural and Resilient
I am delighted to announce further details of the 53rd Viking Surgeon Annual Conference Orkney, 29-30th October. We have an excellent faculty encompassing GI, HPB, and Thoracic surgery, alongside lectures on neck and back pain, anaesthetics, presentations from Trainees, and accounts of rural surgery in other parts of the world. This event promises an excellent learning opportunity for aspiring rural surgeons and a platform for experienced practitioners to share their knowledge and experiences. Beyond the rich academic program, attendees will have the chance to experience the unique beauty of Orkney, from its remarkable history to its stunning natural landscapes —a truly unforgettable setting for both professional and personal inspiration. Further details can be found in the Delegate Information and Full Programme Please follow the link or QR code below to book the conference.
